What are those tubes hanging down from the bike for?

There are a variety of tubes that are bound together at the bottom of the bike on the right side. These can include (depending on model year) fuel tank overflow, coolant system overflow, carb drainage, and battery vent.

One of the hoses in that cluster is for draining the airbox and must be serviced periodically.
